Shipping Policy

This page explains when your order ships, how long it takes to arrive, how tracking works, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the 50 US states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum required. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

3. Processing time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM PT are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.

During major sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday) processing may take up to 4 business days. We will email you if there is any delay.

4. Delivery estimate

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 5–9 business days. Delivery times depend on your address and the carrier's current network conditions.

  • West coast addresses: usually 4–6 business days.
  • Central US: usually 5–7 business days.
  • East coast addresses: usually 6–9 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: usually 7–14 business days.

5. Carriers we use

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever is fastest to your address. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

6. Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your package — usually within 24 hours of the order shipping. Click the tracking link in the email to see real-time updates.

If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, check your spam folder and then email us at support@aeezoview.com.

7. Address changes

If you entered the wrong address, email us at support@aeezoview.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

  • Before the order ships: we can usually update the address with no fee.
  • After the order ships: we cannot reroute the package; you will need to refuse the delivery or wait for it to return to us, after which we will resend it. Re-delivery shipping may be charged.

8. Failed delivery / package returned to sender

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, unclaimed at the post office), we will email you. We can either resend it (re-shipping fee may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

9. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Look for a delivery photo or note in the tracking details.
  3. Check around the property — sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots.
  4. Wait 48 hours — packages occasionally get scanned as delivered a day early.
  5. If it still has not arrived, email us at support@aeezoview.com. We will open a carrier investigation and, if appropriate, replace the package free of charge.

10. Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Photograph the outside of the box before opening.
  • Photograph any internal damage to the product.
  • Email those photos within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund per our Refund Policy.

11. Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination state and applied where required by law.
