The short version
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- No restocking fees.
- Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? We pay return shipping.
- Changed your mind? You pay return shipping. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the product cost, not the cost of sending it back.
Step 1 — Email us
Within 30 days of delivery, email support@aeezoview.com with:
- Your order number (it starts with the date of purchase and is in your confirmation email).
- The reason for the return.
- If the product is damaged or defective: at least two clear photos.
Step 2 — We send a return authorization (RMA)
Within 1–2 business days we will email you back with:
- An RMA number to write on the package.
- The return shipping address.
- A prepaid label if your product arrived damaged or defective.
Step 3 — Pack the item
- Use the original product packaging if possible — it best protects the screens during shipping.
- Include all cables, adapters, and any accessories that came in the box.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (not on the product packaging).
Step 4 — Ship it back
Use the prepaid label if we sent one, otherwise drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. We strongly recommend a service with tracking — without tracking, we cannot help if the package is lost in transit.
Email us the tracking number once the parcel is on the way.
Step 5 — We inspect and refund
Once the package arrives, we inspect the item the same business day. You will receive an email confirming the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We currently sell a single product configuration. If you want a different bundle quantity (for example, going from 1 unit to 2), the cleanest path is a refund on the original order and a new order for the bundle you want. Email us — we'll often process the new order at your original discounted price.
Order arrived damaged?
We're sorry. Here's what to do:
- Photograph the outside of the package before unboxing.
- Photograph any visible damage to the product.
- Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
