1. The guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. If you return your AEEZOVIEW product in resellable condition within that window, we will refund the full purchase price.
- No restocking fees.
- No questions asked.
- Original shipping is refunded for orders that arrived damaged or defective.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is covered by us only when the item arrived damaged or defective (see Section 4).
2. Items eligible for refund
To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must be:
- In its original packaging with all included cables, adapters, and accessories.
- Free of significant cosmetic damage caused after delivery.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items returned with missing accessories, heavy cosmetic damage from misuse, or after the 30-day window may receive a partial refund, at our reasonable discretion.
3. How to start a return
- Email us at support@aeezoview.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the package using a tracked service. We recommend USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
- Email us the tracking number once the parcel is on the way.
Please do not return items without contacting us first — unannounced returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Return shipping cost
- Defective or damaged on arrival: we cover the return shipping. We will email you a prepaid label.
- Change of mind / not as expected: you cover the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
5. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection. Your bank may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the refund.
6. Damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
- Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
7. Wrong item received
If we shipped the wrong item, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item and arrange free return shipping for the wrong one.
8. Exchanges
We currently sell a single product configuration, so direct exchanges are limited. If you would like a different quantity (e.g., upgrade from 1 to 2 units), the simplest path is a refund of the original order plus a new order for the desired bundle.
9. Late or missing refunds
If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven't seen it on your statement:
- Check the account that was originally charged.
- Contact your bank or card issuer — refunds can take time to post.
- If it still hasn't appeared, email us at support@aeezoview.com and we will look into it the same business day.
10. Items not eligible for refund
- Items requested after the 30-day window.
- Items returned without prior authorization (RMA).
- Items that have been physically modified or visibly damaged through misuse.
