- Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Marketing opt-in: email address only, if you subscribe through the footer form.
- Customer support: any messages you send us by email.

- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
- Cookies & similar technologies: small files that keep your cart, remember your preferences, and let us measure aggregate traffic.

- Process and ship your order.
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, refunds).
- Provide customer support.
- Send marketing emails — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Improve the website and product based on aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, and only what's needed for their job:
- Stripe — payment processing.

- Hosting & infrastructure (e.g., Netlify, Supabase) — to operate the website and our admin systems.

4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for essential functions (keeping your cart, security) and for measuring traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — note that disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years). Marketing subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Customer support messages are kept while the matter is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

If you are located in the EU or UK, the legal bases we rely on are contract performance (to fulfill your order), legitimate interest (to run the business and prevent fraud), consent (for marketing), and legal obligation (for tax records).
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and modern hosting platforms with role-based access. Card data is processed and stored by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work to protect your data with reasonable safeguards.
8. Children
Our store is intended for adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent notice on the site.
